José Luis finished his PhD at PUC in 2001, and since then has been a professor at the Department of Structural and Geotechnical Engineering at the School of Engineering at PUC. He has several ISI publications, and conducts teaching and research on seismic protection, torsional balance in asymmetrical structures, and structural dynamics.
